Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Goalasso (available at goalasso.io). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Goalasso.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Goalasso. We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes.
Goalasso is a free online football trivia quiz platform offering ten game modes, a football knowledge blog, leaderboards and social features. The platform is available in English and French. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You may use Goalasso as a guest without registering. To access features such as saved progress, leaderboards and profiles, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
You agree not to: use automated tools (bots, scripts) to play games or inflate scores; attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access; upload or transmit malicious code; engage in harassment, abuse or hate speech; impersonate other users or Goalasso staff; use the platform for commercial purposes without our written consent; attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform's source code (except as permitted by applicable open source licences); or manipulate leaderboards through illegitimate means.
All content on Goalasso — including game designs, question formats, artwork, text and software — is the intellectual property of Goalasso and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. Player names, club names and competition names are facts not protected by copyright.
If you submit content (usernames, comments, feedback), you grant Goalasso a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute that content in connection with the platform. You are responsible for ensuring any content you submit does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
Goalasso displays advertisements through Google AdSense. By using the platform, you consent to the display of these advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
Goalasso is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely accurate. While we strive for factual accuracy in all quiz content, errors may occur and we accept no liability for any inaccuracies in trivia questions or answers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goalasso and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed €100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
